You can find Tpl Primedevelopers Llp over in Bala Nagar at unit S-2 in the T.I.E area. It is a major industrial zone, so it is pretty rugged around here. There is always the sound of machinery or heavy trucks moving in the background. Our space is functional and very straightforward. We do not spend money on fancy decorations because that is not what we are about. We are mostly focused on the development projects we have going across the Rangareddi district. The office is usually a bit dusty because of the location, but we do not mind much. We have a large table where we spread out our plans and go over the numbers. It is a small crew of us, and we have known each other for a long time. The commute to Bala Nagar can be tough with the traffic, but once we are in the office, we just get to work. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp during those long afternoon meetings. Sometimes we head out to the sites in the morning and do not get back until late in the evening. It is the kind of work where you are always on the move. We do not have any marketing people or a dedicated sales team sitting here. It is just us doing the actual planning and coordination. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but it is where all the real decisions happen for our projects. We like being part of this area.
