We are Thunder Infra Private Limited, and you can find us at Sri Hemadurga Lakshmi Pride in Miyapur. Our office is in Flat No. 105, which is part of Pragathi Enclave in Serilingampally. It is a decent-sized apartment that we converted into our main working space. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop off packages or for us to run out to the sites when we need to. Miyapur is a busy hub, so there is always noise from the traffic and the metro nearby. Inside the flat, we have set up several desks and a small area for files and plans. It’s not exactly what you’d see in a fancy magazine, but it works for us. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee and sometimes lunch. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and informal. We don't have a formal dress code. Most of us just wear what is comfortable for visiting construction sites. The Pragathi Enclave area is mostly residential, so we try to be mindful of the neighbors when we have visitors. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name and wave when we come in. It is a practical spot that keeps our overhead low so we can do the actual building work. We spend our time tracking materials and talking to site managers. It’s just how we operate.
