THREEASYBUILDIN INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is at 77-16/1-22, Sambi Reddy Nilayam. It’s on Sambasiva Street in Lakshmi Nagar. Threeasybuildin Innovations is a bit of a mouthful of a name, but we are just a small team. We work out of this building in a residential-feeling area. It’s quieter than the main roads, which is nice when we are trying to figure out new building methods. Innovations sounds fancy, but mostly it just means we try to find easier ways to build things. We spend a lot of time looking at different materials and seeing what works best. Our space is usually cluttered with samples of bricks, tiles, and bits of metal. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don't have a big corporate structure. If someone has an idea, we just talk about it over some coffee. Lakshmi Nagar is a decent place to be based. We have good neighbors and the street isn't too crowded. Most of our work happens on the sites we manage, but this is where we do all the planning. We don't put on airs here. We wear regular clothes and get our hands dirty when needed. It’s a simple operation where we focus on the practical side of construction. Building isn't easy, so we try to make it a bit more straightforward. That’s why we are here on Sambasiva Street every day. There is always something new to look at or a problem to solve.
