You can find Thanmayee Developers Private Limited over at Flat 401 in the SVS Sai Parivar building. We are located in Approopa Colony, which is part of Pragathinagar. It’s a decent neighborhood in Hyderabad and we’ve been settled here for a bit. The office is on the fourth floor, so we get a bit of a view of the surrounding colony. It’s a typical residential-style office, nothing too formal or impressive. We handle development projects around the city. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is out checking on a plot of land. Pragathinagar has become quite popular, so there’s always something happening nearby. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a dedicated group of us trying to make things work. We don’t spend much on fancy furniture or big signs. Most of our resources go into the actual projects we are working on. Every day brings something different, whether it's a zoning issue or just getting the right people for a job. We’ve learned to take things as they come. It’s not always easy, and sometimes there are mistakes, but we fix them and move on. We don't really do the whole corporate pitch thing. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Being based in the 500090 area has its perks, mostly because we are close to where a lot of the new families are moving in. We just keep doing our thing day by day and hope for the best.
