Terra Firma Infracon Private Limited operates out of Flat 103 in Sri Sai Residency. We are located in Brahmanawadi-Begumpet, specifically in Lane-4. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't feel like a cold office block. We like it because it’s a bit more relaxed. Our work is mainly in infracon, which keeps us pretty occupied with various building and development tasks. Begumpet is a central spot, so it’s easy for us to get around to different sites across the city. We don't have a huge staff, just a core group of people who handle the daily operations and the site visits. Sometimes the office is empty because everyone is out checking on a project or meeting with suppliers. We aren't big on meetings that don't lead to anything. We prefer being on-site where the actual work happens. The paperwork is just something we have to do. You’ll find a lot of files piled up on the desks in Flat 103. It is a practical space, not a showroom. We’ve been at this for a bit now, learning the ropes of the local regulations and how to get things done without too much fuss. It's not always smooth sailing, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate or a delivery is late. But we just keep at it. It’s a regular business run by regular people who know a bit about construction. We just do the work as it comes in and move to the next one.
