The building is basic and sits among the other industrial plots in Nacharam. We chose this spot because it's accessible for people living in this part of Telangana. Inside, we have rooms for people who need to stay and offices for the doctors to talk to patients. We don’t have any polished slogans or marketing campaigns. Most of the folks who come here were told about us by a family member or a local doctor. It’s a heavy job sometimes, and the staff works long hours. We try to keep the atmosphere calm, which isn't always easy. The 500076 area is quite busy, but once you step inside, we try to move away from all that noise. We use simple English to explain things to families because medical jargon just confuses people. There’s no big corporate board making decisions; it’s just the team on the ground.
