Tandoori Fusion Llp is located over in Brundavan Colony. If you know the area near Dr AS Rao Nagar in Kapra, we’re basically right across from there. We operate out of Flat No 206 in the Devi Apartments. It’s a regular residential-looking building, so it doesn’t look like a big food factory or anything. We started this because we wanted to do something with tandoori styles but mix it up a little. It’s mostly just a few of us working in the space. Sometimes the hallways in the apartment get a bit quiet, then our kitchen starts going and you can smell the spices everywhere. We’ve been here in Hyderabad for a while now. The Rangareddi side of town is where we stay. It gets busy on the weekends, and the traffic outside on the main road can be a pain, but inside it’s just the usual work. We don't have a big sign or fancy lights. Most people find us through word of mouth or just knowing the building. We focus on the ovens and making sure the coal is right. It’s hot work, especially in the summers here. We just try to get the orders out on time. It's a simple setup, nothing too fancy. Just a local place in a flat trying to make some good food for the neighborhood. We've had to learn how to pack things properly so they stay warm by the time they get to wherever they’re going. It's a daily grind but we're used to it.
