Svnr Constructions Private Limited is tucked away in Flat No. 403 at S R Enclave on Nizampet Road. We use this space at Plot No 7 & 8 to plan out all our building projects. It’s a busy road, so there’s always noise and movement outside while we’re inside looking over blueprints or talking to suppliers on the phone. We don't have a giant showroom or anything like that. It’s mostly desks, piles of papers, and a lot of coffee being drank throughout the day. Building things takes time and a lot of coordination, so we stay pretty focused here. Sometimes the elevator in the enclave is slow, but we make do. We’ve been around Nizampet for a while now and know the area pretty well. The team is small, just a few of us who know how to get things done without making a big fuss about it. We deal with materials, labor schedules, and site visits every single day. It’s dusty work most of the time. We don't spend much money on fancy logos or bright lights. Most of our work comes from people who know us or saw a building we finished. If you come by the office, you’ll see we’re just regular people trying to build solid structures. The traffic on Nizampet Road can be a real headache, but we’re used to it by now. We just keep our heads down and keep working.
