Svaasa Infra Llp is located in Ameerpet, which is always a very busy part of the city. Our office is at 7 1 53A, specifically Flat 506 on Dharam Karan Road. Being in Ameerpet means there is a lot of noise and traffic right outside, but it is a central spot for meetings. We are on the fifth floor, so it is a bit quieter once you get up there. We work on various infra projects from this flat. It is just a simple office setup with some computers and stacks of paper. Dharam Karan Road has everything you need within walking distance. We spend most of our hours looking at project costs and timelines. It is a lot of math and talking to people on the phone all day. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in. We are not a big corporation, just a small group doing our jobs. The office can get a bit cluttered with all the blueprints and site reports we have to keep. We try to stay on top of things, but construction always has some surprises waiting. We have been at this address for a while. Finding a parking spot near the building can be a nightmare sometimes. But that is just how it is in this area. We focus on the projects we have and try to get them done. It is honest work, and we just keep at it day by day.
