Our home base is Flat No 504 in Surana Enclave, located in the Petbasherbad area of Kompally. We are up on the fifth floor, which is a good spot to step away from the noise of the street for a bit and get some work done. We focus on infrastructure projects across the region. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure all the different parts of a project are moving together. Being in Kompally, we see a lot of the city’s expansion firsthand. Our days are mostly spent on site or in meetings with contractors and suppliers. We don't really go for the high-pressure sales stuff. We just talk to people about what needs to be done and then we try our best to do it. The office is usually busy with people coming and going, and there is always a stack of drawings or permits that needs looking at. It’s a practical business, and we treat it that way. We’ve dealt with all the common hurdles like the summer heat and the unpredictable supply of materials. We just stay patient and keep pushing forward. Our team is a mix of experienced hands and younger folks, all just trying to make sure our projects stand up well. We aren't a big, polished corporation; we’re just a local outfit that knows our way around a construction site. It’s tough work sometimes, but seeing the final result is always worth the effort.
