Sushar Constructions Private Limited is located over in Ganesh Nagar, specifically at D.No. 3-11-109/A/212. If you know Ramanthapur, you know it can get pretty crowded with traffic. Our office is right there in the middle of it. We are a private company but it feels more like a family-run place most of the time. We have a few desks and a lot of files piled up from different projects we have finished over the years. It is not the kind of place with a big sign or a lobby. Mostly, we are out at the sites in Amberpet or elsewhere in Hyderabad, so the office is a bit quiet during the day. We deal with the usual construction headaches like rain stopping work or finding good workers who show up on time. It is a practical business. We started this because we knew how to build things and we just stayed with it. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking on cement loads. We don't have a lot of time for fancy meetings. We just try to get the walls up and the roofs on. Sometimes things take longer than we want, but that is how it goes in this industry. We have been in this part of Hyderabad for long enough that we know where to get the best supplies nearby. It is just a regular local business doing its thing.
