Srikanth Builders And Developers Private Limited operates out of Plot No. 115 and 116 in Pragathi Nagar, near DP Pally. This is where we handle all our building and development stuff. It’s a growing area, so there is always something going on around us. Our setup is pretty basic because most of our real work happens outside at the actual construction sites. We use the office for planning out the homes and buildings we’re working on. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is in this business. We started this because we knew the area well and saw people needed decent places to live and work. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a shiny lobby. It’s just us, some blueprints, and a lot of coffee. We talk to the laborers every day and make sure the materials arrive when they are supposed to, though things rarely go exactly to plan. There’s always some issue with a delivery or a rainy day that slows us down. But we just deal with it and keep moving forward. We aren't a giant corporation, just a local team trying to build things the right way in our corner of Pragathi Nagar. It’s honest work, and we’re glad to be doing it.
