Out here in Begumpet, things stay pretty fast-paced. Sri Sai Siddhi Constructions Privatelimited is based right in the Indian Airlines Employees Colony, specifically at B-12. It’s a decent neighborhood to work from. We’ve set up our office here to manage all the construction tasks that come our way. Most days, the phone is ringing or someone is dropping off a blueprint that needs looking at. We aren't really about the fancy sales pitches. We just focus on the actual building work that needs to happen. The office at B-12 is where we handle the scheduling and the heavy lifting behind the scenes. Being in the Indian Airlines Employees Colony means we are around a lot of residential space, which keeps us grounded. It’s not like those big downtown offices. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall nearby. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power flickers, but we just keep going. That is just how it is running a business here. We have a small crew and everyone knows their job. We spend a lot of time discussing materials and timelines. It's a lot of manual coordination. We try to keep things simple and avoid the complicated corporate talk that doesn't really mean much to us. The goal is just to finish the jobs we start and move on to the next one. It's honest work and we stay busy with it day in and day out.
