We are located out in Pragathi Nagar, over in Bachupally. The office is at Plot No 1705, specifically Flat 404 in Sudhakers Avenue. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main city, which is good for when we need to focus on building plans and development stuff. Sri Prajyumn Builders And Developers Private Limited is basically just a group of us working out of this flat. We have desks pushed together and plenty of coffee to keep us going. The Medchal area is growing a lot, so there is always someone asking about new plots or what’s happening with a certain construction. We spend half the time in the office and the other half driving out to different sites to see how things are looking. It gets dusty, and our shoes are usually covered in mud by the end of the day. We don’t have a fancy receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. It’s a practical setup. We handle the drawings, the permits, and the talk with the contractors. It’s a lot of responsibility but we just take it one day at a time. The files are stacked high and the printer is always making some kind of noise. It’s a real workplace where things actually happen, nothing too shiny about it. We’re just local people building things where we live.
