We are set up in Pocharam, specifically in Block No: A9 of the Sanskruthi Town Ship. Our office is Flat No 403. It is a bit different running a project office out of a township, but it works well for us. Sanskruthi is a big place and it has everything we need close by. Being in flat 403 means we have a bit of a quiet space away from the main road noise of Hyderabad. We handle our projects from here, mostly focusing on the planning and the administration side of things. Pocharam is a bit further out for some people, but we find the environment around here quite good for working. The township has its own vibe and we are just one part of it. We spend our days mostly looking at schedules and talking to contractors. There is no big receptionist or anything like that, you just come up to the fourth floor and find us. We often have some snacks and chai on the table while we go through our files. It is a very down-to-earth way of doing things. We don't feel the need for a big glass office in the city when we can get everything done right here in Pocharam. It's a comfortable spot and the team is used to the layout. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as it comes. It is a simple setup for a hard-working group of people.
