Somaamrutham Buildtech Private Limited is run out of Flat No. 401 in Sri Virabhadranilayam. We are located in the 7th Phase of Kukatpally. It’s a residential-style setup, which actually makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a cold office building. We deal with buildtech, which sounds fancy, but mostly it’s just making sure construction goes the way it’s supposed to. Kukatpally is a crowded place, especially during rush hour. We’ve gotten used to the noise. We have a small group of people working here. Most of us have been in this industry for a long time. We know how things work in Hyderabad. We don't spend money on big ads. Most people find us through word of mouth or just knowing where we are in LIG-60. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the tech side of building stuff, trying to make things more efficient where we can. It’s a lot of looking at screens and then going out to check the actual work. Things don't always go perfect, but we fix what needs fixing and move on. 500085 is a good area to be in. We’re just a local private company trying to do a solid job every day. There is no magic to it. We just show up and do our best with the tools we have. It gets the job done and keeps us going year after year.
