SNANDHI DEVELOPERS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based in Alwin Colony, specifically over in Miyapur. Our office is on the first floor of H NO 8-284. Being an OPC, it’s a small operation here, but we stay quite busy with various development projects around Hyderabad. Miyapur is a fast-growing area, so there’s always something going on just outside our door. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, but we are used to it by now. We spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. It’s a lot of back and forth, making sure things are moving along. My desk is usually covered in site maps and tea cups. We don’t really go in for fancy presentations. We prefer to just show up at the site and see how the work is progressing. Managing a development company from a small office means you have to be organized, though things do get a bit messy during the peak of a project. We’ve been in this part of Telangana for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a practical business. We deal with the day-to-day headaches of permits and materials without making a big deal out of it. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find us on the phone or heading out to a site. It’s honest work, and we just try to keep things simple and keep our promises to the people we work with every single day.
