SMSK Constructions is located at Plot No. 93 in Shaili Gardens, which is in Yapral. It is a quieter part of Secunderabad compared to the middle of Hyderabad. We have been working out of this spot in the Rangareddi district for some time now. Our daily routine involves checking on different building sites and talking to the people who supply our materials. We are not the type of people to wear fancy suits or sit in big offices all day. Usually, we are out in the dirt and the sun wearing our regular work clothes. The work is physically hard and the heat can be a lot, but it is what we are used to doing. We have a few good workers who have been with the company for a long time. It is mostly about getting the walls up and making sure the structural work is done right. We do not use any marketing speak or try to sound like a big corporation. We are just a local building firm. Sometimes we run into problems with permits or the weather, which is just part of the reality of construction. We try to be straightforward with our clients when things change. People around here seem to like that we do not hide things. It is a busy life and there is always a new project to start. We like seeing an empty plot turn into a finished house.
