Our office is tucked away in Sadhana Vihar Colony. We're in Block C2 of the Janapriya Lakefront apartments, specifically Flat 704. Being near Kapra Lake is nice, especially in the mornings when the air feels a bit cooler. We see people walking their dogs or jogging while we're heading in. The apartment itself is where all the media work happens. It’s a high-floor unit, so we get a decent view of the surroundings. Sometimes the elevators take forever, so we end up waiting in the lobby talking about the weather. Inside, it’s mostly just computers and a few stacks of notebooks. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. It’s not a corporate setup with cubicles or anything like that. We just sit around a big table and get to work. The atmosphere is pretty casual. We wear whatever is comfortable. If it’s a busy day, things can get a bit messy with cables and hard drives lying around. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. Sometimes we have to remind ourselves to take a break and look out at the lake. It's a busy life, but being in Kapra makes it feel a bit more grounded. We don't have big presentations or fancy meetings. We just talk through what needs to be done and then we do it. It’s a simple way of working that seems to fit our style.
