You’ll find Shrestha Skills Llp right opposite the Siva Sena Ground in Moosapet. We are situated at Ews 300 in Bharath Nagar Colony, Hyderabad. It’s a very local neighborhood, and the ground across from us always has something going on, whether it's kids playing or some event. Our office is a simple place where we work on skill development and training ideas. It’s not a shiny corporate park. The building is older, and we’ve done our best to make it comfortable inside with what we have. Being in the 500018 area means we are close to a lot of residential blocks. We see the same faces every day walking past the windows. Sometimes the dust from the ground outside gets into the office, so we’re always cleaning the desks. We are a small team at this LLP. We don't have a HR department or a PR team. If the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. We do our own filing and make our own tea most of the time. It’s a very hands-on way of doing business. We chose Moosapet because it felt right for the kind of skill work we wanted to do. It’s accessible for the people we want to reach. It’s nothing fancy, just a room with some computers and chairs where we try to be useful. There is always a lot to do, and we just take it one task at a time.
