Shreeja Infra Developers Private Limited is based out of the Nizampet and Bachupally area. We work across a few different survey numbers, specifically 157, 172, 173, and 176. It is a fast-growing part of the city, so there is always dust and the sound of trucks nearby. Our main setup is right there where the action is. We don't have a polished corporate office with a receptionist. It’s more of a site office where you can see the dirt on our boots. We spend most of our time out in the sun looking at the land or sitting in a small room with some fans going. There are always maps rolled up in the corner and stacks of bricks or pipes nearby. We talk to laborers, engineers, and regular people who want to know what’s being built. It’s a busy life, and we don't have much time for fancy presentations. The roads around Bachupally can be quite a mess when it rains, so we are used to getting a bit muddy. We just focus on the infrastructure and the physical work of developing these plots. It is honest work and it keeps us moving from morning until late evening. Nizampet has changed a lot since we started, and being right in the middle of these survey numbers means we see the changes every single day. It’s just how we operate out here in this corner of the city.
