SHR HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED is located in the Chanakya Puri Colony in Uppal. We are sitting on Survey Numbers 100/A and 100/1, right in the middle of a neighborhood that is seeing a lot of change. Our office is not one of those big, shiny buildings you see in the tech parks. It is more of a local spot where we can actually talk to people without a lot of formalities. Uppal is a good place to be, even if the commute can be a bit long sometimes. We mostly focus on residential stuff, trying to figure out how to fit everything into the spaces we have. There is a lot of talking to engineers and checking on the cement and bricks. To be honest, the office is a bit cluttered with samples of tiles and brochures from different suppliers. We do not have a polished marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work and hope people like the houses we help put together. Sentence by sentence, we just plan out the days and get the builders moving. It is a lot of checking and double-checking maps and land records. Some days are slow and we just sit around the fan, while other days we are running around until late at night. We are just a local business trying to make things work in the Rangareddi area, keeping it practical and straightforward for everyone involved.
