Shibumi Fashion Private Limited

Our setup is a bit different because we are located in Villa No 34 at Anthem Vistas, out on Medchal Road in Devaryamzal. Shibumi Fashion Private Limited isn't in the middle of the crowded city streets, which is actually quite nice for a change. It’s a bit more peaceful out here, though the commute can be a bit of a trek depending on the traffic that day. We use the villa as our workspace, so it has a very homey vibe. You won’t find any cold cubicles or harsh fluorescent lights here. Instead, we have rooms filled with fabric swatches and sketches and half-finished projects. We spend a lot of time just talking through ideas and seeing what works. Since we are a bit further out, we have to be quite organized with our deliveries and meetings. It’s a quiet life compared to the center of Hyderabad, but it suits us well. We aren't a massive operation, so we all end up doing a bit of everything throughout the day. One minute you’re checking an invoice, the next you’re helping pack a box. It’s hands-on and very direct. We like the fresh air around Medchal and the fact that we can actually hear ourselves think. We aren't trying to be the biggest fashion house out there. We just want to do good work from our little corner of the world. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the city stress.
