We talk about stuff like cement loads, site levels, and how to get the trucks through the narrow colony roads. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We’ve been doing this for a while, and we’ve learned that things rarely go exactly as planned. You just have to adapt. We don’t have a fancy website or a glossy brochure. If people want to know what we do, they usually just look at the projects we’ve finished in the area. The office can get a bit stuffy in the summer, so we spend as much time as possible out in the field. We know our neighbors in Krishna Nagar and we try to keep the noise down when we can. Most of us grew up around here, so we have a good feel for the local environment. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to make sure the infrastructure is built right.
