Shathee Agro Sciences Private Limited is based out of H.No. 1-65/1 in Medchal. It is a pretty straightforward setup we have here. Medchal is a good spot for us because it’s not too far from the city but still close enough to the farms. We deal with the science side of agro, but don't let the name make you think we are in white lab coats all day. It is more about testing seeds and looking at how things grow in the local dirt. The office is a bit cramped with all the samples and files we keep around. We’ve got a small team, and we all do a bit of everything. One day we are looking at data, and the next we are out in the sun. The building at 1-65/1 is where we do most of the thinking. It isn't a polished corporate headquarters. It’s got some cracks in the walls and the fans make a bit of noise, but it works for us. We just want to get the agro science right so the local farmers have a better chance. We don't spend money on fancy marketing because we’d rather spend it on the work itself. It is a practical business run by people who actually care about the Medchal area. We keep things simple and honest, focusing on the day-to-day reality of the seeds and the soil we work with.
