If you know Hyderabad, you know Ameerpet is always buzzing with students and people looking to learn something new. We decided to set up here because of that energy. Our office is on the fifth floor. It’s not a huge place, just a regular flat converted into a workspace where we can focus on medical education. We don’t have a big receptionist or a lobby with marble floors. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of whiteboards for notes. We spend our days organizing things for the academy and talking to people who want to improve their medical knowledge. It can get a bit loud outside with all the traffic, but once you’re inside Siri Towers, it’s easier to concentrate. We’ve got a small crew here, and we all pitch in with the cleaning and the coffee-making. We didn't want to be some distant corporate entity. We like being right here in the middle of the action where we can see what’s happening in the world of education. There’s always a lot of paper moving around and we’re constantly updating our notes. It’s a simple operation, really. We just show up every morning, take the lift up to the fifth floor, and get to work on whatever needs doing for the academy.
