If you know the Radhika Theatre in Kapra, then you can find us pretty easily. We are just in the lane opposite, at Plot 352 and 353 in Phase-1 of Saket Colony. It’s a good location because it’s easy to give people directions. Satkrit Imports & Exports is where we spend our days. The colony is usually pretty quiet, which is nice because it lets us focus on the shipping manifests. We deal with imports coming into the country and exports going out. It’s a lot of logistical puzzles to solve every single day. One day we are worried about sea freight and the next day it’s something about a truck breakdown. It keeps us on our toes. The office is large enough for all our stuff, but it still feels full because of all the samples and files. We have a small fan that doesn't do much in the summer, but we stick it out. We don't have a professional cleaning crew or a receptionist. We just answer the door ourselves. It’s a very hands-on way to run a business. We like it that way because we know exactly what is happening with every shipment. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here. We just come in, do the work, and try to make things run as smoothly as possible. That is just how we do things in Saket.
