Sankula Estates Private Limited

Our home base is in Durgapuram, specifically inside the Vijaya Sai Residency. The address is a bit long: 24-23-4/A on Pasupuleti Vari Street. It’s a residential-feeling area which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than being in a big glass tower. We are Sankula Estates Private Limited. We deal with property and estates. It’s a lot of talking to people about where they want to live or what they want to buy. We spend a lot of time driving around looking at plots of land. Sometimes the land is just weeds and dirt, but we have to see what it could be. The office has a few desks and a small area where we have our lunch. We’re not fancy people. We wear comfortable shoes because we’re on our feet a lot. Durgapuram is a nice part of town. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. Some days the paperwork gets a bit much, especially with all the legal stuff involved in estates. We just take it one file at a time. We’ve been here for a while and we plan to stay. It’s a good setup for us. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phones and trying to help people find what they’re looking for. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy through the week. We enjoy the local atmosphere here and the people we meet.
