SANAATANA NIRMAN PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Mallampet. We have our office in the penthouse of Aishwarya Heights I, which is part of the KVR Valley area in Praneeth Nagar. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is being finicky, but the view of the surrounding area is actually quite good from up there. We are mostly involved in building and construction work around this side of the city. Mallampet has been growing a lot lately, so there is always something going on. Our office is pretty simple. We have our computers, a few filing cabinets, and some space to roll out big architectural drawings. We don't go in for fancy decorations or corporate branding inside the office. It’s just a place to sit and think. Usually, you’ll find us arguing over a schedule or checking on material costs. We’re a small group, and we don't have a lot of hierarchy. If something needs to be fixed, whoever is free just does it. We don't do a lot of advertising because we find that doing a decent job on one project usually leads to the next one. People in Mallampet know where to find us if they need help with a construction project. We just focus on being practical and staying on top of the details. It is a lot of hard work, but we prefer it that way.
