S4D Infracon Private Limited

S4D Infracon Private Limited is way up on the 29th floor, specifically Ft 2901 in Tower 7A at Bellview. This is inside the Lodha Bellezza complex over in Balajinagar. Being up this high means we have a decent view, but mostly we are just looking at our screens. The building is quite modern, which is a bit different from some of the older places we’ve worked in before. We handle a lot of the planning and coordination for our infra work from here. It’s a big complex, so sometimes people get lost trying to find the right tower. We usually tell them to look for 7A. The elevator ride takes a minute because it’s a tall building. Inside the office, it’s pretty standard. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of binders full of project notes. It’s usually pretty quiet up here compared to the street level. We spend a lot of time on the phone or in emails. Balajinagar is a busy area, but once we are inside the gates of Lodha Bellezza, it feels a lot more separated from the city noise. We don’t have a massive staff, just enough people to keep things running smoothly. Every day is about making sure the projects are moving along as they should. We don’t do much fancy stuff, just the practical work that comes with running an infracon business.
