Our office for S3K DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is over in Begumpet, specifically in the Methodist Colony area. We are on the ground floor of Vijayalakshmi Apartments, at F NO G-1. It’s a busy spot in Hyderabad and we’ve been working out of here for some time now. We handle the usual mix of paperwork and site work that comes with this business. Sometimes things get a bit messy with construction schedules, but we do our best to keep things moving along. It’s just a small team of us here. People often come in to sit down and talk about their building projects. We don’t really have any fancy brochures or big presentations. Usually, it’s just us at our desks with some blueprints and a lot of coffee. We spend a good amount of time out on the sites making sure the walls are going up straight and the materials are actually what we ordered. It is hard work, especially when the Hyderabad heat gets really intense, but it is what we do. If you are looking for us, just look for the sign near the apartment entrance. We aren’t always sitting at our desks because someone always has to be at the site to watch over things. It’s a practical way to run things and it seems to work for us and the people we work for.
