RYNA INFRACORP (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out of an apartment in Hydernagar, specifically in Block-2 at KKRS SMR VFH. It’s a bit different from a traditional office block, but it works for us. Ryna Infracorp is a one-person company essentially, though we hire plenty of people for specific jobs. Being in an apartment means the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear ties or have formal board meetings. Usually, it's just a lot of coordination over the phone and laptop. We focus on infrastructure projects and managing the various stages of construction. Hydernagar is a great area because it’s growing so fast. There is always something being built nearby. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and checking on the quality of materials. It’s a lot of driving around and making sure the labor crews have what they need. Some days are spent entirely on the computer dealing with government filings and project schedules. It can be a bit lonely sometimes being an OPC, but the network of contractors we work with feels like a big team. We don't have a big marketing budget or a flashy website. Most of our work comes from people who know what we do. We just try to keep the costs down and the quality high enough so that people are satisfied with the results. That’s the goal every single day. We stay small but we keep moving forward with every new project we start.
