We’re located over in Nagaram Village, which is part of the Keesara Mandal in Medchal. Our address is D.No. 9-99/5 in S.V. Nagar. It’s a bit further out from the main Hyderabad city center, which we actually like because it’s a bit quieter and closer to some of the bigger sites we manage. Rudrasree Civil Works India Private Limited is really about the basics of construction and civil engineering. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighborhood has grown quite a bit around us. Most of our days involve coordinating with laborers and making sure the supplies like cement and steel arrive where they need to go. It’s not a glamorous job, and the office isn't anything special to look at, but it’s where the real work gets planned. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a group of people who know how to build and maintain things. Sometimes we’re working on local roads, and other times it’s more about the foundation work for new buildings. We’ve had to deal with all sorts of issues over the years, from heavy monsoons to supply shortages, but we always find a way to keep going. It’s just how things are done out here. We’re part of the local community and we plan to stay that way, just focusing on one job at a time and making sure it gets done.
