We are Rs Sunrise India Housing Private Limited. Our office is at Plot No. 325 in the Sai Brundavan Colony, which is over in Damaiguda. This part of Hyderabad is growing fast, but our street is still pretty quiet. The pincode is 500083 here in Telangana. We have been working out of this plot for a while now. The name is a bit long, but we just go by Sunrise usually when we are talking to people. We deal with housing projects, mostly helping people figure out where they want to live or building new spots. The office itself is just a regular building in the colony. We have a couple of fans that squeak a bit when they are on high, and some plastic chairs for guests. It is not like those big fancy offices you see in the city center. We like it this way because it feels more real. Damaiguda has its own charm, and we are glad to be based here. Most of our days are spent checking on construction progress or sitting at the computer doing the accounts. It is a private limited company, so there is a lot of registry work that we have to keep up with. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains hard, but we just wait it out. It is a simple life and a simple business. We are just local people trying to make things work in our own way.
