ROY RAISEFARM AND ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED

Roy Raisefarm and Estates Private Limited is based out of the Czech Colony area in Sanath Nagar. Our office is on the 4th floor of SVSS Nivas, specifically room 402. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but the view of the neighborhood is okay. We deal with farm estates and various landed properties around the Rangareddi district. Most of our time is split between this office and driving out to see the actual plots of land. We aren't the type of people who like to sit behind a desk all day, but the paperwork for estates doesn't finish itself. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files about land titles and farming permissions. We’ve been working out of Sanath Nagar for some time now and like the location because it’s well-connected. Things can get a bit hectic when we have several estates being looked at at once, but we just take it one day at a time. We don't use any fancy talk; we just tell people what’s available and what the situation is with the land. It’s a practical business for us. If you’re looking for SVSS Nivas, it’s a well-known building in the colony. We’re usually up there on the fourth floor during the day, unless we’re out in the field checking on the soil or the boundaries. It's hard work but we enjoy it.
