Our office is located in Bowrampet, right across from Oakridge School in the Sukruti Homes area. It’s a bit of a developing part of town, so there is always something going on with the roads or new buildings coming up nearby. Being at Plot 8A in Phase 1 makes it easy for us to keep an eye on how the local infrastructure is changing. We spend most of our time dealing with the nuts and bolts of development work. It’s a lot of paperwork, site visits, and making sure the crews have what they need to keep moving. The mornings are usually the busiest when everyone is trying to get through the traffic near the school. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to get our projects finished properly. It's mostly about showing up every day and solving whatever problem pops up next, whether it’s a delay in materials or something else. We’ve grown used to the dust and the noise of the area. It feels like home now. Our team is just a handful of people who know the local land and how things work in this part of Rangareddi. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, maps, and a lot of coffee to get us through the afternoons. It’s hard work but it feels good to see a project actually take shape on a piece of land that was empty before.
