We've been operating out of Green Avenues for a bit now. If you know Nizampet Road, you know how busy it gets with all the new apartments coming up around Qutubullapur. RAFTDO REALTORS LLP is just a small team of us working from P No 21. Most days are spent checking out sites or dealing with paperwork that never seems to end. We aren't doing anything fancy here. Just helping people find a place to stay or sell their plots without too much headache. Hyderabad is growing fast, and this part of town is no different. It’s mostly just us answering phones and meeting folks who drop by the office. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes getting anywhere take forever, but we manage. We know the streets around here pretty well since we spend most of our time driving between different layouts. It isn't a glamorous job, just local real estate work. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone comes in looking for a house, we show them what's on the list. No big presentations or sales pitches, just the facts about the property and the price. That's pretty much how we run things every day. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood lately. There are more shops now and it's getting more crowded. We just keep doing our thing from our little spot in Green Avenues and hope to stay busy enough to keep the lights on.
