Raama Seythu Developers is based out of Hafeezpet. If you come by, we are in Tower 18 of the Prajay Properties complex, specifically Flat 203. It's a busy residential area and the survey number is 78 if you're looking at the old maps. We chose this spot because it's central to where we usually have our projects. It’s basically just a regular flat turned into an office space where we keep our files and meet up in the mornings. There’s always a bit of noise from the nearby towers being built or renovated. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't familiar with the layout of the complex, but we’re used to it. We spend most of our time looking over plans or talking to vendors. It's a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day we're looking at site photos and the next we're arguing about supply costs. The work isn't always glamorous, mostly just making sure the materials arrive and the workers know where to start. We’ve been around Hafeezpet for a bit now and seen how fast it's growing. It feels like every month there’s a new building going up. We just keep our heads down and focus on whatever project is currently on our plate. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. We don't use a lot of fancy software, mostly just paper and pens. It gets the job done well enough for us.
