Raahinya Estates N Constructions Private Limited is located over in Boduppal. Our main office is Flat No. D-301, which is on the third floor of the Aakruti Town Ship. It’s a fairly standard setup for a construction company starting out. We spend most of our time there coordinating different sites and dealing with the estate side of things. Boduppal is an area that sees a lot of action, so we are right in the middle of a lot of new builds. The office in Aakruti Town Ship isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We don't have a big receptionist or fancy coffee machines. It’s just the team working at their desks. Raahinya Estates N Constructions Private Limited is about getting the actual building work done. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy brochures or expensive ads. Most of our work comes from being present in the local area. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the township, though we are usually too busy to look out the window. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. Things can get a bit messy with all the blueprints and files lying around, but we know where everything is. We just want to keep the business running smoothly without making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s just us, working out of Flat D-301, trying to build something that lasts in our city.
