Punya Bhoomi Developers And Infra India is based out of Miyapur. Our office is at Kalki Tower near the Allwyn X Road, Flat No 103. Being right near such a major junction means there is always a lot of movement and noise around us. We do a lot of work around Sy No224/A/1 and Serlingampally. The office is where we gather to plan out our next steps and handle the legal side of development. It’s a practical space without any unnecessary frills. We have a big table where we spread out the blueprints and sometimes we spend hours just arguing over the best way to handle a site issue. We don't have a polished way of speaking. We are just local people who know the construction business well. Some days the heat is really tough when we are out on the land, but that’s just part of the job in this city. We don't have any fancy brochures or a dedicated sales staff. Most of the people we work with come to us through word of mouth. It is a lot of responsibility to manage these projects, and we take it seriously, even if we don't act corporate. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and make sure we are making progress.
