Propshelter Realty Care Llp

We work out of the ground floor at Sri Chandana Residency in unit G2. This is in Kranthi Nagar which is part of the Qutubullapur area of Hyderabad. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk in right from the street. We handle various property care and real estate tasks here at Propshelter Realty Care Llp. The office is very simple. We have a few chairs for visitors and some old maps of the city on the walls. It is usually just a couple of us here during the day. We spend time answering the landline and organizing our folders. Qutubullapur is a busy place with a lot of new people moving in lately. We try to keep track of who is selling and what is for rent in the neighborhood. It is a lot of legwork. We go out to the sites quite often to check on things personally. It is not a glamorous job but it is what we do. The 500090 area has changed a lot since we first started. There are more shops and much more traffic now. We just stay focused on the work at hand. No big speeches or fancy presentations here. We just show people what is available and help them with the paperwork. It is an honest day of work for us. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the files when things get busy.
