If you head down Nizampet Road toward Bachupally, you’ll find us at Villa 284 inside Maytas Hill County. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than the center of Hyderabad. We use the villa as our base for Preksha Edutech. It feels more like a home than a traditional office, which we actually prefer. There are trees around and it’s a bit of a walk from the main gate of the community. We have our computers set up in the main rooms and use the dining area for meetings sometimes. It’s a very relaxed environment, no cubicles or harsh office lighting here. Most of our work is done online or through various digital tools, so as long as the internet is running, we are good. The Bachupally area has grown a lot lately, but our corner remains pretty peaceful. You might hear the neighbor’s dog barking or the sound of someone watering their garden while we are working on our latest projects. We don't have any big signs outside, just the house number. It’s a practical setup for a small tech-focused team. We spend a lot of time brainstorming in the living room or taking short breaks in the backyard. It doesn't feel like a corporate grind. We are just a group of people working out of a house in a nice neighborhood, trying to build something useful that makes sense for the people we serve.
