Prasino Realty Llp

We are based out of Plot 12 in Madinaguda at Prasino Realty Llp. It is part of Survey No. 225 if you are looking at the older maps of the area. Serlingampally is a big place but we mostly focus on the patches around Tirumalagiri and Madinaguda. The office is very straightforward. We have a sign outside and some dusty windows sometimes because of all the road work happening nearby. Real estate keeps us on our toes. One day it is quiet and the next day everyone wants to see the same plot of land. We keep our records in a couple of filing cabinets in the back. It is an honest living for us. We are not trying to be some big corporate firm. It is just us handling the paperwork and talking to property owners. Usually the phone starts ringing around ten in the morning. We take turns going out to verify different sites. You really have to see the land yourself to know what is actually there. Hyderabad is growing so fast, especially out this way towards 500049. We have seen a lot of changes in the local landscape over the last few years. It used to be much quieter around here. Now there are new buildings every time you turn around. We just keep doing our part, matching people with what is available. It is a lot of walking and talking. Sometimes we grab lunch at the local stall down the street.
