We set up our office at Sri Sai Sadan in the Hyder Nagar area, right near Tirumalagiri. It’s Plot 16P and we are in Flat 203. Hyder Nagar is a busy place, and there’s always something going on outside on the streets. Our space is pretty basic, just some desks, chairs, and the usual office equipment you’d expect for an immigration and education service. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. People usually just knock and come in. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so you’ll see folders and files tucked into every corner of the room. It’s a bit cramped when we have a few visitors at once, but we make it work. The building itself is an older style, typical for this part of Hyderabad. We chose this spot because it's easy for people in the neighborhood to find us. We spend most of our mornings answering emails and the afternoons are for meeting folks who have questions about moving overseas. It gets a bit hot in the summer, so the fans are always humming in the background. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't; we are just a small team in a flat trying to help people navigate the confusing world of visas and schools. Sometimes the traffic in Tirumalagiri makes us late, but that’s just life here. We usually close up once the sun goes down and head home like everyone else.
