Overtheflames Food Chain Llp is our business based in Nimboli Adda, at H. No. 3-1-392/4/8. Being in this part of Hyderabad means we are right in the middle of a very busy neighborhood. The "Overtheflames" name sounds a bit dramatic, but it really just refers to the fact that we do a lot of traditional cooking over high heat. Our workspace is essentially a large kitchen where we prepare various food items for distribution. It is almost always hot inside, and the sound of the exhaust fans is something we hear all day long. We don't have a polished storefront or a big dining area; most of our work is about preparing food to be sent out. Every morning, someone has to go to the local market to pick up the ingredients we need for the day. We prefer doing it that way so we can see what we're getting. The street outside is narrow and usually full of people and rickshaws, so getting things delivered can be a bit of a struggle. We have a small team of cooks and helpers who have been with us for a while. We don't use any corporate jargon or talk about "missions." We just come in, do the cooking, clean up the mess, and get ready to do it all over again the next day. It’s hard work, but we’re used to the pace. Sometimes the gas cylinders are late, but we manage.
