Our location is HIG-1, 5th Phase in KPHB Colony. That is in the Kukatpally part of town. The company name is Offhome Hotels & Resorts (Doravarisatram) Private Limited. It’s a mouthful, so we just stick to the full version on the documents. We operate out of this office every day. It’s a standard workspace in a very busy residential and commercial zone. KPHB is always humming with activity. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. Offhome Hotels & Resorts (Doravarisatram) Private Limited is just us working from this Kukatpally address. It’s a practical place to be. We handle the resort business from here. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times it’s a bit chaotic with the phones ringing. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We just like having a steady place to work. The building has its own character, you could say. Most people in the colony are friendly. We’ve been at HIG-1 for a good amount of time. It suits our needs without being over the top. We just get on with it. No need for fancy descriptions. It’s just a regular office for a regular business. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of everything that comes our way. The stairs are a bit steep but we don't mind. We are just a local group working out of KPHB.
