NOOTHANA GRUHA PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Nijampet Village, over in Srinivasa Nagar. We are in Flat 103, which sits on Plots 27 and 28. Nijampet has changed a lot lately, it’s become very crowded with all the new apartments. Our office is a simple place where we manage our housing projects. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, a couple of computers, and some desks. We spend most of our time dealing with contractors and looking at building sites. It can get pretty hectic when a project is in the middle of construction. There’s always someone calling about materials or labor. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. We like being in Srinivasa Nagar because it's close to where a lot of the work is happening. The office feels more like a home office than a corporate suite. We drink a lot of tea and talk through the problems that come up. Building houses is a complicated business, and there are always hurdles to get over. We don't try to sound like a big fancy company. We are just local guys building homes in the neighborhood. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. Sometimes the roads in Nijampet are a mess, but we just deal with it and keep going.
