We are based out of Flat G3 in the Vista building, which is over in Pragathi Nagar. It’s a growing area, and being at Plot No 1702 and 1703 keeps us right in the middle of all the new stuff happening in Bachupalle. We deal with properties around this neighborhood mostly. We’re not some big nameless firm from the city center; we’re just local folks working in real estate. Most days you can find someone in the office at G3, though we spend plenty of time walking through buildings or checking out land. Pragathi Nagar has changed so much lately, and we’ve been here to see it. Our work is pretty straightforward. We help people find places to live or land to build on. It’s not always easy, especially when paperwork gets piled up, but we manage. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sell people things they don't need. It’s just about finding what works for a family or a buyer. Sometimes it’s quiet, and sometimes the phone won’t stop ringing. We just take it as it comes. Being a small team means you get to know everyone who walks through the door. It’s a bit more personal that way. We just want to keep doing our thing here in Bachupalle for as long as we can. There is always a lot to do, but we like it here.
