We are over in Hmt Nagar, Habsiguda, specifically at 4-9-71/S 20B. This part of Hyderabad is where Nine Grains Kitchenprivate Limited does its daily work. The area around 500076 is mostly residential mixed with small shops, so it feels quite local. We aren't tucked away in some giant office park; we are right here in the neighborhood. Every morning, we open up and start getting things ready for the day. There is always a lot of prep work involved when you are dealing with food. Sometimes the deliveries arrive a little later than we’d like because of the narrow streets, but we make it work somehow. The building we are in is simple and functional.
