NECTOR INFRA CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Nector Infra Construction Private Limited is based out of Nizampet, specifically in Siri Kancherla Heights. Our office is up on the 4th floor, unit 403, which gives us a bit of a view of the local rooftops when we actually have time to look out the window. Most of the time, we’re down on the ground at various sites around the city. Hyderabad construction is a lot of work, and being in Nizampet means we’re right in the middle of all the new housing going up. We started this company because we wanted to handle the day-to-day building tasks ourselves. We don't have a PR team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. It’s just a group of people who know how to read a plan and manage a crew of laborers. Some days the main challenge is just finding enough sand or making sure the concrete mix is right before the sun gets too high. We deal with the local authorities for the permissions and make sure the electricity and water connections are sorted for the projects. It gets pretty loud at the sites with all the machinery, so the office on the 4th floor is where we go when we need to sit down and do the math. We’ve had our fair share of delays due to rain or labor shortages, but that’s just part of the job. We keep it simple and focus on getting the roofs on and the doors hung.
